JOB DETAILS - CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a client services manager to join the the senior leadership team of our well established, and highly successful company, based near Stratford-upon-Avon.
 
You will join a small, friendly team that cares, listens and values individual efforts where all can succeed. Every person plays a part in innovations and development, listening and interpreting the needs of staff members. It is, therefore, essential to enjoy working collaboratively with other team members and, when necessary, rolling sleeves up to support colleagues.
 
The successful client services manager will manage the project management team and help to ensure they deliver an exceptional client experience and WOW moments for clients.
 
This role will work collaboratively across the business, improving internal systems, processes and communication, whilst helping to create a stronger framework for the company to expand and grow.
 
The role of client services manager is suited to a career-driven individual who possesses excellent people leadership skills and wants to progress to a director-level role in the near future.
 
Responsibilities of the client services manager include:
  • Managing a growing team of project managers to deliver event products/services to clients
  • Coaching, developing and supporting team members to help them deliver exceptional service
  • Improving and streamlining the systems and processes across the whole business
  • Delivering projects and building relationships with key clients
  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of customer service protocols
  • Creating monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and identify where there is room for improvement
 
Ideal skills and experience of the client services manager:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, helping to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Possesses a strong desire to communicate with people
  • ISO 9001 Certification would be beneficial in order to improve systems and processes
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and take personal responsibility for moving things forwards
  • You will be someone who hates to leave things unfinished and strongly desires to lead from the front
  • Has a passion about your own personal growth/development and those that you manage
  • Is eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction
